About the RoleWe are looking for a foundational Ruby on Rails Engineer to take a leading role in building startupkit.app from the ground up. You will be responsible for shaping the core architecture and features of our new platform, working with cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver a powerful and intuitive user experience.

Responsibilities• Develop, test, and deploy new features for the startupkit.app platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Rails conventions.
• Collaborate with the team to define product roadmap and technical strategy.
• Work independently to solve complex problems and drive projects to completion.
• Integrate with AI services, including Claude and MCP servers, to build intelligent features.

Requirements• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of Rails conventions and best practices.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
• Experience building and consuming APIs.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and experience integrating with AI APIs (e.g., Claude).
